Q: What’s the first step in working together?
A: It all starts with a discovery call. This is a no-pressure conversation where we talk about your project, your goals, and whether we’re the right fit. If it feels like a match, I’ll send over my Welcome Packet and Client Questionnaire so I can learn more about your needs, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.
Q: What happens after the initial discovery call?
A: Once you return the questionnaire and we’ve agreed to move forward, the next step is often an in-person walk-through of your space. This gives me a better understanding of the layout, natural light, and any architectural details we’ll be working with. From there, I dive into the creative phase—pulling inspiration, materials, and a mood board to set the tone.
During our design presentation, we’ll walk through selections and layouts together so you can visualize your space and offer feedback. This stage is truly collaborative—I want you to feel excited and confident about every piece.
Q: How involved will I be in the process?
A: As involved as you’d like! Some clients love being hands-on, while others prefer to step back and trust me to run with it. Either way, I keep you updated every step of the way—communicating timelines, sourcing updates, and installation details.
